2. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operations.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

Payment is required at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed on our site.

Hot Squirrels reserves the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or errors in pricing.

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Printful handles product printing, packaging, and shipping on our behalf.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, product type, and carrier. Typically, items are received by the customer within 7-10 business days.

Hot Squirrels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss passes to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged.

To request a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence by emailing: [email protected]

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Hot Squirrels website, including logos, text, graphics, and designs, is our property and protected by U.S. copyright/trademark laws.

You may not use, copy, or reproduce our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Printful is a third-party service provider. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Printful will process, fulfill, and ship your products.

Hot Squirrels is not liable for Printful’s errors, delays, or failures, though we will assist in resolving issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hot Squirrels shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved by mediation within Fulton County, New York. Any legal fees will be the responsibility of the party pursuing action.
